Tartan lust list

I think I'm finally tiring of florals. OK, that's not entirely true but I'm certainly going to try and give them a break this season. It didn't take me long to find a suitable print replacement to obsess over. Step into the spotlight: tartan. The 90''s patterned staple has been slowly creeping back into fashion circles for a little while now and has exploded for AW13. Seeing as I recently took the plunge and went blonde, I figured it was time to find some kickass tartan to match.

Summer wedding guest dress inspiration

I've got a wedding to go to at the end of August - the perfect excuse to buy a new dress! As any girl knows though, dress shopping can be a bit of a minefield for any occasion so I thought I would get a head start and have a little browse online. There were SO many dresses I liked but to save boring y'all, I've narrowed it down to my favourite 7. Sadly I don't think ALL of these would suit my figure but they are so gorgeous, I just had to share!

Ok, I admit, I've been shopping a little more than usual recently. A combination of lacking in basics and the weather slowly but surely picking up, it was time to inject a breath of fresh air into my wardrobe.

SO, the loan finally came in which meant I could actually do some retail therapy (ya know, to get me through the last few weeks of uni!). There is SO much more I could of bought from all three of these shops but I narrowed it down to these pieces. You may notice a bit of a theme with the colours, ha!
